Peach Salsa

   2 cup peaches, chopped
   1 cup red onion, chopped
   4 tablespoons (packed) fresh cilantro, chopped
   2 tablespoons fresh lime juice
   2 Tbsp. jalapeņo, minced (seeds removed)
   2 Tbsp. white sugar

      Toss all ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended. Serve immediately or refrigerate until ready for use. This salsa is best served the day it is made.
