Party Salsa Dip

  1 (8 oz.) package of cream cheese
  1 (16 oz.) jar salsa
  1 package taco mix
  1 lb. ground beef
  4 to 6 oz. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
  4 to 6 oz. cheddar cheese

    Brown and drain the ground beef.  Add the taco mix and salsa.  Mix together.  Set aside.  Coat the bottom of a glass pie plate with cream cheese.  Layer the ground beef mixture on top.  Sprinkle the Monterey Jack cheese and cheddar cheese on top.  Heat in the oven for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.  Serve with corn chips.
