1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, at room temperature
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
2 cups (8 ounces) Mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup (4 ounces) Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup pizza sauce
1/2 cup green pepper, finely chopped
1/2 cup red pepper, finely chopped
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine cream cheese, Italian
seasoning, and garlic powder; spread over bottom of a greased 9-inch pie plate.
Combine cheeses; sprinkle 1/2 over the cream cheese layer. Top with
pizza sauce and peppers. Sprinkle with remaining cheeses. Bake 20
minutes.
Serve this dip warm with chips or breadsticks. Makes about 4 cups - contributed by Marc S., New Hope PA
