8 oz. sharp cheddar, shredded
1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
2 oz. chopped pecans or walnuts
pinch salt
1 tablespoon butter
2-3 tablespoons brandy
pinch of mace
Mix all ingredients together well. It should be creamy and spreadable.
